A big hello from a newbie

Hello to you all,

My name is neil, most of my close friends call me "Uppy" surname is Upritchard, to long to say some times so the tag stuck. I live in sunny Wiltshire, so would be interested in any local clubs and meets within the Wiltshire. Somerset or Dorset neck of the woods, to start of with.

The car I have is a Z3, W plate 2000 model, 2.0 Ltr roadster with 64,000 on the clock, in Mora metallic paintwork and cream leather seats. It is my first beemer and so enjoying driving it.

It has been the pride and joy of a family friend for the last 12 years, now it's my turn. This is the first time I have used a site like this one so do appologise if my bits go into the wrong place, sure I will get the hang of it.

Hi to all, for all the big welcomes sent to me on joining the zee family. Judging from the thumbnails of all your cars, I will have some fun getting to know you through this site. Hopefully get to give your zed's the once over too .

Looking for some info regarding the paint colour of my boot and engine compartment, on the paint label it just states "Black"( in german of course) but no colour code.

So if anyone with a Mora limited edition can help, this would be really great, or anyone else that can help for that matter.

Hoping over the winter months to tidy the car up and bring her back to something I would be happy to show.
Not concours, because now I have the beemer zed bug, I just want to drive the car.
