Hi, any forum members here who own a 6 series? They're turning my head a lot these days so I'm toying with the idea of buying one.

What are the usual pitfalls of ownership? What should I be looking out for, rough servicing costs etc.

They seem a hell of a lot of car for the money.

I saw an o6 plate 645 convertible eml light on rough running barley made 3k on ebay last week
Like you say huge amounts of car for what seems quite cheap

Yeah they cant be far off bottomed out price wise for the early models. 60k plus when new, can pick up a 100k mileage car for 3500.
