SOLD 2001 BMW Z3 1.9 - Spares or Repair

I have to sell my beloved 2001 BMW Z3 1.9 which I have owned for about 6 years as I am not a good enough mechanic to repair it now,
She starts and drives but the coolant leak is too bad so not going to drive far, will need to be taken away on a trailer,
The car is in Catterick Garrison, North Yorks,
Mileage is 148,500

ALL SENSIBLE OFFERS CONSIDERED

BAD POINTS
Suspected head gasket failure - oil in the coolant
Water pump failure - severe drip
small dent in rear right quarter- see pics
small patches of rust on all 4 wheel arches
A few age related dinks

GOOD POINTS
Full tank of petrol
brand new stainless steel CAT back exhaust - only done 20 miles since fitting
Fibre glass sills - no more rust
LED side lights
New pre and post CAT sensors
Long MOT till Dec 24
900 watt behind seat sub-woofer
Touch screen bluetooth stereo
roof in good condition
interior in good condition
Tyres in good condition although they are a budget brand
wheels in good condition
front calipers, springs and shocks about 18 months old

last MOT 19/12/23 was as below
Monitor and repair if necessary (advisories):

• Nearside Side repeater slightly discoloured (4.4.3 (a))
• Offside Side repeater slightly discoloured (4.4.3 (a))
• Oil leak, but not excessive (8.4.1 (a) (i))
• Coolant leak
• General corrosion to underside
• Brake pipe corroded, covered in grease or other material All (1.1.11 (c))
• Exhaust has a minor leak of exhaust gases (6.1.2 (a))

this will be an easy fix for a competent mechanic or a good buy for a breaker
