This is like the one that I've got fitted on my car. I paid 3 times this price for mine but it looks very similar. It's a single piece, cat back system, oval tail pipe like on the 1.9's.
My car is a March 1997 pre facelift.

I've tried to find it in my Ebay history but it's been 4yrs since I bought it. I'll keep looking and will update this post.

Edit
My ebay history only goes back to 2016 and I bought my exhaust early 2014
I ordered this as the back box had gone rotten on my car and it didn’t fit! Had a problem getting it picked it and refunded so be weary of this eBay item. My car is a pre facelift 2.8L 1999 model, if this helps anyone.

Your car must be one of the cross over models with twin vanos, that means it's a prefacelift body with the facelift engine. It will fit a single vanos prefacelift. Have you sent it back now? If you still have it I'll take it from you.

Hi @Jack Ratt This was about a year ago and it took several months and a complaint to PayPal before I received a refund. So, no I don’t have the item.

Hi Smiffy, I’ve got exactly the same situation as you had. All of the exhaust is fine (as it’s stainless steel) apart from the middle banana shaped muffler box (which isn’t). What firm made the 40 degree repair piece for you? My local stainless steel fabrication & welding company cannot bend tubing more than 48mm diameter, and reckon putting a 40 degree bend in thin walled tubing would buckle it.
Also, have you noticed if replacing the muffler box with a straight through pipe adversely affects any emissions sensors/air flow sensors/lamda sensors or whatever? ie poorer performance, or MOT emissions problems? I’m a novice when it comes to this, so no idea whether it would or not. Mines a 1997 prefacelift 2.8 by the way if that makes a difference . Thanks in advance.
this is the firm that did mine.

I can't remember exactly what they charged me for it but it wasn't expensive. Certainly made doing it worthwhile.

Thanks Smiffy. And for me they’re not even ‘up north’. In fact practically on my doorstep and if anything slightly to the south :))
Just compared latitudes and Myriad is only 30 miles further north than me! You'd never have guessed I sell navigation equipment for a living!=))

I have a 1999 2.8 with the twin vanos engine.
I had my local indy replace the resonator box. They just used a section from another scrap exhaust which was a perfect fit. I think they charged £20. The Myriad option looks like a proper job!
My emission result were good before and unchanged after, so going straight through had no effect. If you cat(s) is on its last legs (so to speak) it may be more sensitive to the small pressure change and show more effect.
Sound levels slightly increased at some lower speeds but at a cruise were the same. Let us know how you get on and what changes you see.
