Morning all,
I've recently moved and have to negotiate a fairly rough unmade track to my house . I've noticed that the front offside wheel arch plastic liner has become badly worn and I can hear it rubbing if I go over a large depression in the road . I need to get this sorted out and could do with some help because I think the car may have been lowered sometime in its past in Japan. I can't see any particular signs of wear so some outside input would help. I now live down on Exmoor so if anyone knows of someone in that area who might know what they are looking at and might volunteer some advice I'd be grateful for details.

It could be a worn damper if it’s just the one side being effected. If so it would be a good time to change both shock absorbers with Sachs being oem but some members have been happy with Monroe, but before all that just make sure you don’t have a snapped spring on the effected side.
