I do while they aren't for everyone I like them as they break up the black one black look. They came with the car
 
Well, I think they have a practical use too Steve. In my car, driving into the sun with sunglasses on the speedo appears almost black due to the shadow, and that's where my HUD comes in. I think white dials would improve that quite a lot.

Mine recently turned 127000. The old girl still purrs.
Apart from a new rattle haha. Is there a heat shield at the front anywhere?
 
Yes there is my rattle is towards the back and I think that's to do with the heat sheild

We "surgically" remove quite at lot of these on older cars at work Dave. If they can be easily tack welded back on we do that too.

There's a new member from USA who recently announced his car has well over 200k on it and rising so I don't think we need to be too worried about 100k
 
Hopefully there are many more miles left on your car - with regular servicing shouldn't be a problem passing well beyond 200,000.:racecar:
