@Lee and @Shortie_gal ok that's booked now, don't forget you have to be on your best behaviour with the in-laws there lol

So the list for Saturday meal at the Beefeater is closed. They have another large booking and can't accommodate any more on a large table. If anyone else wants to come you may be able to book separately. :)

The list for the Sunday meal will be closing Friday 4th November as I need to get the booking sorted. You might be able to get a table yourself as like the Saturday evening meal being organised by @Mrs Mint aka Pauline..

So final call for the Sunday meal... Please... We can do no more after this date due to it being near Christmas.

That's 24 for the Sunday. Just need to get it all booked and put the details up.

Sorry Paul I missed your message of last Sunday. We would like to join you for the meal on Sunday and if possible book our own table. But, I am at a loss to find which pub you have chosen. Please could you let us know. Alan
 
Ok. Just had confirmation from The Walhampton Arms just outside of Lymington that we have a table / area for ourselves now booked for 12.15. So we shall aim for 12. Also on the same day is the MG club so we shall exchange views I expect.

Hi all , me & Donna are up for this one , wot part of the new Forrest are you thinking so we can get hotel sorted

@Tim beard I had to draw this to a close to book the table for the Sunday. I am sure that they will have space for the Sunday meal is you contact them. Tell them that you are a late addition to the booking for the BMW group. We have an area reserved so they might be able to add you in. Let me know how you get on.

As for the Saturday evening meal I think that is fully booked by @Mrs Mint Pauline.

Hi Paul. Any chance I could tag along for the drive only on Sunday . I need to get back in the afternoon so not worried about the food.
