View attachment 28492 View attachment 28489 View attachment 28490 Seeing as the sun was shining and forecast was good I decided to go off on a jaunt up the peaks this morning, not long back. I know others were doing likewise and indeed met Moz coming t'other way in Longnor, only a very brief exchange of words as traffic was trying to get through. Superb day for it. Started off at Milldale (first photo) and had a walk along by the River Dove after a bit of defensive parking (2nd photo!) A cruise around Alstonefield, Ecton, Warslow, Hulme End, Longnor and Hollinsclough (3rd photo). Quick zip into Buxton but busy so came straight out again . 25 years since I last walked DoveDale - scary! remember it well with the dogs sadly long gone. Where has everyone else been?
Nice pics, weather looks great for roof down driving. No Zedding for me as stuck in a hotel, spotted a couple though.

We went over to Rutland Water to have a look before the meet next Sunday. Can definitely recommend the sausage sandwiches in the Harbour Cafe :)

Graft in the garden for me, getting the Roman Ruins back to being presentable, then after lunch a bimble round the Sept. 11th cruise route to get some facts and figures sorted.

Lovely right up Adrian. You seem a lot more active on here than you did on the dark side.
