1.9 Engine re map

When i had my 2.8 done it was done via the diag port at the steering wheel.
The original map was downloaded through an interface to a laptop.
The map was adjusted and the new one up loaded in the same way.
 
hmmm i have to look and see what ecu it uses and go from there... i can probably make up an interface and see what software is about...may even be a case of get a spare eprom and get that flashed, or get hold of a spare ecu...to play with on the bench...
