1.9 Cobra exhaust

Hi all,

Im looking to replace the cat back section of my 1.9 with option of standard or Cobra system. Has anyone got the Cobra system installed and what are your experiences, is it loud and does it drone at any speeds. I’m looking for something with deep note rather than raspy jap sound.

I installed the Cobra cat back system on mine 7 years ago. I would describe sound as deep on lower speeds. It does drone in a narrow speed range in the mid/upper 60's. It's not a problem to me but may not suit all.
From comments made by others over the years, Longlife are a good option. No personal experience but apparently they can tune it to suit.

Thank you for the feedback, I like the look Cobra system just didn't want it overly loud. Any issues with MOT?

No problems with MoT - it's within allowance @t-tony or @Stevo7682 should be able to confirm allowable decibels. (other MoT testers maybe available).

Bit far for you to have a listen then
