The brackets should fit fine mine where aftermarket of fleabay they needed a bit of filing
I had too loosen off all the bolts to get the back catches locked I then tighten them up.
I wish I got my hard top for a £100
If not to late buy the OME not the doggie aftermarket one from Fleabay
When you remove the surrounding trim where the brackets go you will see 3 holes
its straight forward as long as your holes line up
