Unplugged my bonnet switch a month ago due to nuisance alarms. Bought a new switch last week and went to fit it today - opened up bonnet and noticed there are 2 identical plugs next to each other - couldn't remember which one I unplugged.:oops:
When somebody has a minute to spare can they have a look at the cable colours on theirs and let me know? Thanks

Trust you won at darts.
Done that on other jobs - some you win some you unfold a disaster - I would prefer it if one of the many great guys on this forum would just tell me the *!*!*!* colours!

Thanks Gary - seem to be slightly different colours - I'll recheck in daylight - they may have altered on later model.

I was hoping @oldcarman would go and dig his out of the snow and check colour - probably white =))

@jonco, Only 10 1/4 hrs to get your date in for the 40-40 challenge and support the forum while I abstain for as long as I can hold out going off topic!! £5 buy in for a good cause! Check it out in POG's thread and get your day and time in before someone else snags it. JIM

If you need more pictures Colin I can do at the weekend, might be better than trial and error. ( I like a good fire :ymdevil:)
Where abouts does the switch live? Don't ask about darts this week by the way:bag:

Tony.

Thanks Tony - If you open bonnet there is a black push button just to the right of the bonnet lock.

Just found it in the ETM listed under front lid - cable colour should be violet/green/yellow stripe which looks like the one in @GazHyde 's photo above. Thanks for help - will try it tomorrow.

Thank you so much there is no link set up but you can just put a date, etc in the thread fourty days and fourty nights. And I start at midnight my time which I believe is six hours after yours. So I'm trying to get as much out before this becomes serious business. JIM
