How to change Auto Gearbox Oil

Excellent article. Before changing the fluid on my Z3 2.8 auto, changes were very noticeable and car lurched forward/backwards when drive or reverse initially selected. Now changes are as smooth as I would expect from a 24 year old car. Would just add, if dropping the pan to change the filter, don't forget to take off and clean the magnet.

I'm still not sure if we'll do the fluid change on our 20-year-old Z3, but now we know a LOT more about it than we did.
