no idea who he is, but the gesture is either a yoga thing that symbolises rejuvenation or the “devil horns” that heavy metal rock bands like to do.
had he done such a gesture in Greece or Italy to someone he would be dead by now as it is a very offensive one and implies that he is a cuckold (in Greek keratas, or Italian cornuto).
