Ladies and Gentlemen
In support of the 2013 Zedfest and M-Power event I have arranged for three hotels. Two for Zedfest and one for M-Power. I was unable to source, at a reasonable rate, a single hotel that could cope with our combined potential numbers. What I have done is to secure for the Zed’s 75 rooms each at Holiday Inn Express Northampton and Milton Keynes and for the M-Power fraternity (and other BMW Club Members) 60 rooms at the Holiday Inn Crick near Rugby.
It is planned but NOT yet confirmed that we will be attempting to “Cruise” to the event from the Hotels. (We have the OK from Bucks but not yet Northants Police Force) the plan will be that the Milton Keynes and Crick contingents cruise to the Northampton establishment and then we all cruise together to the track Hopefully to a separate entrance specifically for us due to the numbers that will arrive together.
I am trying to arrange for motorcycle outriders but as yet have had no success on that front. I do think we will need them in order to try and keep a group of that size together.
Z Model’s Hotels
The rate for the two Holiday Inn Express’s for the Zed’s is £67 per room including breakfast.
M-Power Hotel
The rate for the Holiday Inn at Crick for M-Power depends on the room standard chosen. The standard rooms are £40 per night and the executive rooms are £56 per night both without breakfast. If you book a breakfast online at the time of booking your room it is £10 per person per night

TOGETHER-NESS
I would advise that where a forum(s) want to try and all be together decide within your forum which of the hotels and book in early to avoid the allocations expiring before your membership have all booked. I would also ask please get someone to liaise with me so that every forum does not choose the same one. I also guess I should add that the early bird catches the worm.

Update. 13th June 2013 Due to the fact that we do not have the number booking hotels that were expected we are planning to consolidate on one hotel (the one at Northampton) I will be contacting those who have booked Either Milton Keynes or Crick and letting them know that the hotels are comfortable for us to consolidate
So from here on in please only book The Northampton establishment. We have dropped the Hotels in it a bit so it may be that Milton keynes will become cheaper than our deal but that is because we have suddenly effectively given them another 75 rooms to fill in 6 weeks.

Update 3rd July 2013
The deal with the hotel is now closed, the rooms are now available to the public so the rate has gone up however without any promises the hotel if you ring them and ask for Sarah in meetings and say your with the BMW group you "May" still be lucky at least one has been.
I have removed all Hotel booking and Silverstone classic links as they have now expired.
I was going to put email links in for food selection but we do not want non participants emailing the hotel about food choices and messing with the numbers So I decided not to put them up here. If you need the email resent do as others have and contact me on duncan@zroadster.org
