Saw this beauty on the A595 just outside Whitehaven. West Cumbria heatwave, 10 degrees, nearly blue sky, hard top still on :wideyed:

I contemplated the 25 mile drive home with my roof down but decided the big black clouds overhead looked a bit too threatening. Good decision......there was a very sharp shower and nowhere I could have pulled over. :thumbsup:

I did see a white E89 a few minutes just before it started to rain while I was walking the dog this evening. :eek:
I did manage to drive home top down myself. However there's a 6 mile virtually unbroken section that has trees at the side of the road - the constant strobing of the sun through the leafless trees was disturbing :eek:
