zed prices down under

Hi all .currently in Brisbane.and of course lookin at motorin stuff.Staggered at the used car prices.Z4 2.5 auto 03 like mi e 27000.00 dollars about £18000.00 mines worth adout £5000.and its a 3ltr.other cars are the same ie 97 reg are goin for 3.5 -4.0 k glad now i live in uk at least i can afford to buy one here .
Ps its 6.30 am here 22deg and sunny....sorry

Hi Ian.yep over till the 8th jan stayin with the lad been great seeing the grandkids again.been a long16mths.
.only downer is all this sunshine and no Zed.we.ll have to have another Jan cruise to Whitby get acclimatised agaimoz

Wont be hireing any zeds everything so expensive .except petrol which is about 95cents ltr.
But Terry you.ve given me an idea .could have a few test drives in one as a perpective buyer

Looking at some Aussie sites, I am not surprised at the prices, as there don't seem to be many Zeds down under.

The UK, on the other hand, has quite a few but obviously RHD, which means supply and demand will only be......in the UK.

Over here, on the main land, prices are close to Aussie prices due to people wanting to buy a LHD car that was registered in the country that they live in and not an import. Not that there is any thing wrong with an import, I have done it before with a Merc from Germany, better spec for the price but it was not easy to sell when I got to that point.
