Archived Zed Fest 2013 Zorg Parking at the Circuit

Hi all,

I'm formally requesting to the organisers that Zorg can have a group parking area at the circuit. If anyone wants to come and park next to me you are most welcome.

This does not mean we are on a different part of the track or not with the other Zed owners, but in the melee of several hundred Zeds should be nearer each other. Last year worked well as we could all keep an eye on each others cars when people wandered off to see the sites. Also means deck chairs, etc don't have to be stowed away if you go for a wander.

I'm sure that it can be arranged that our group is near any other group, as I'm sure there will be a preference for that.

I will keeps a list here for numbers:

It is getting near the time to finalise the differing groups so Gary, who will be co-ordinating the list for Ian Darren and I (the Commiteeeeee) so we will need the numbers for each of the days... being Friday, Saturday, and Sunday my guess is that the latest we can delay fixing things is next friday so if you do wish to park up as a group within the overall plan then please make sure Gary has the details ASAP please. Currently the largest group is about 35 and the smallest is 7 or 8 for one of the Coupes groups so far.

Sorry to be pushy on the deadline for a response but we have to really look at layout now that we are hooking up with BMW UK.

If anyone that is attending and has purchased the tickets did not get the emails that went out this week please let me know ASAP (there are 10 people in all that I am aware of that are not getting emails for one reason of another). Please though do check your Junk/Spam folders just in case, we have had an example of that already.

Gary for information:
Blue for the Road is Friday, Saturday and Sunday
Filbert is also Friday, Saturday and Sunday
Black for the Track is Saturday and Sunday only.

All of them will be in the Cruise in on Saturday Morning.

I am slightly confused by this at the moment (doesn't take much!). I am hoping to meet up at the hotel for the cruise in on Sat morning so I kind of expect us all to be parked together as we were last year. I am not expecting to be able to get there in time on Fri morning to park infield, so not sure whether I need to go on a list or not.
Please add me to the list and we will see what happens on the day!

This is to do with the main event on the Saturday following the cruise to the circuit, rather than the whole weekend. Will add you to the list as requested, and will be good to meet up again!

+1 I'm just driving and parking where I'm told. I have no idea if that will be ///M Power, Zeds, Z3's, convertables, forums (which one?), red cars, random. Anywhere in the BMW area will do for me ;-
