Hello Zedders

Just wanted to thank you all for coming
What a great turn out even though it was very wet today.

Well our parade lap turned out to be 2 laps which was very exciting.

Only one Z3 today being driven by Bernie, as @CTZCar Z3 is still in build and will be back for next season, So @CTZCar jumped in to what I call the original Z4 3 0 and proved he can drive it well
@Julian Jeffrey fancied ago in the Z4 2.2 to give Mark Tomlinson a bit more competition and left the Z3 in the garage for a Well earned rest.

Edd Guidings won his first race followed by a close 2nd @Jamie Jeffrey

Second race we saw Edd Giddings winning streak come to an end as @Jamie Jeffrey took the lead on the last lap and won
A BIG congratulations to Jamie for his first win this season in a Z4 3.0 :coolsteer)

As there was only 1 Z3 all Bernie had to do was get home and stay on track, well he came home both times but didn't stay on track as he had few spins which made it more interesting, the car is fine with no damage just some grass collected.
Well done Bernie for getting your first wins

After a call for help via our Stacey, I was happy to help championship leader and winner of all races to date Ed Giddings, he was told he couldn't race because of a missing rain light (high level brake light to us normal Z4 owners). So with a perfect match mechanics went to work on mine to remove the replacement. It really makes us feel part of the team when we can help, even in such a small way, was very surprised when Ed presented me with his 1st place hat and celebrity bottle of bubbly, a nice gesture but being able to help him compete was more than enough.

Few pics from the day. Thanks to the organisers, what a great day, the 2 parade laps really made it special, Dad and I loved it :thankyou:

Considering what the weather looked like on the forecast I think we were really lucky.
