Z4 Side Repeaters

OK you Z4 gurus, how do I get my side repeaters out, I'm guessing its a twist and pull but I don't want to bust them and feel as if I am going to do just that.

Any pointers most welcome

Twist about 1/4 Turn to the left mate. Will be tight as there's a big "O" ring round it.
