Z4 puddle lights?

Hi i ordered two led puddle lights after checking the E89 parts fiche. Went to fit them and there are no holes or lights in the door card on my 2010 e89 Z4??? Is the wiring inside the door alrad? Seems a bit silly yo show on the pRts fivhe if they are not fitted as standard. Only bought the car a few weeks ago sp just finding out where everything is

I fitted some on my E85 last winter Adam, there were no holes in the door card or any wiring.

On my E89/2015, the lights are fitted in the steel door skin, not the door cards.
