hi all newbe Si here
just got me z4 e85 2.0 a couple of week ago!!
to be honest i've never been into cars much!
more of a biker!
but have always lover the Z4 only the e85 shape so had to get one
so found a dark grey one red m sports seats
a manual top yes manual!! i kind of liked it more as less to go wrong.
and only 48000 miles
just put new front brakes on, including calipers as the old ones were so rusty and kept sticking!
but looking forward to enjoying it!!

Hey Si, welcome from me near Lincoln. Could be my cars twin except for the motor. I'm fairly sure they didn't produce a manual roof E85 so it's likely that the system has been disconnected (I could be wrong). Where are you located please?

hi tony deffo manual roof has a handle buy the rear veiw mirror you unlock and that rectangular top button on the storage compartment between the seats just below the wind deflector
on mine thats what you press to release the hood to lift back over!
its all in the manual as well
i live just near Northampton
