Got some good time on the coupe this weekend. Changed out the racing engine mounts for normal ones. Fitted a new flywheel and some new Lamda’s. Took her for a B road blast and she’s so crisp again.
Old 160k flywheel started to get noisy with too much play
took the racing mounts out as they cause too much frequency buzzing in the car at idle.
some fresh BMW gaskets and bolts.
some new Febi Lambdas
the new rubber engine mounts have made everything so smooth again.
a rare sight seeing a dry bmw.
test drive was awesome. All ready for a new owner.

Little winter inspection. Front wishbones had some excessive play so I’ve upgraded to Meyle HD.
