z4 coupe 3.0 si engine issues

hi have a 3.0 si which has a great engine but on mine i get intermittent power loss, you can rag it and no issues and then all of sudden the power drops, hold a few seconds change down and hey presto power back. Anyone else experienced this been advised it could be the engine wiring harness. Any advice greatly advised.

Hi welcome to the forum, seeing as it's your first post I don't believe you have a zed better post a picture to prove it

In the past with the N52 lump the two vanos solenoids cause this type of issue and can be intermittent, easy to change.
