Straight fit.
They a bit useless as far as mirrors go compared to massive modern stuff and stock square one let you see more so just be aware of blind spot or make sure you not going slower than the guy behind you

As a Z3 M Coupe owner - I will concur that the oval wing mirrors are totally rubbish.
But do look nice.
