Z3 Widebody Conversion

You are going to be very hard pushed to find a decent pair of any pre-facelift rear wings that aren't at least partially rusted. So getting them in your colour is going to be more difficult still.

I have a pair totally rust free but in Montreal Blue. If you are getting the car resprayed it shouldn't matter. I would prioritise the fact they are rust free over colour. I also have the matching rear bumper cover which you can have for free if you want the wings.

The sills were also rust free (well a little bit of surface on the inside). But they are also very hard to find, sold quickly and will be reappearing soon on another forum members M.

Sorry no chance. Decent ones are rare as hens teeth. And these were widebody anyway. New ones are around £135 ea and are generally the only sensible option.

I took the wings, bumper and liners off you. Still gathering dust in the garage. But now that I've finally got everything (including the M wheels) I should really start getting the zed MOTd and off to the painters.

Am thinking of converting mine as am not a fan of the 507 inspired post facelift rear haunches. Mine is a 2001 3.0.

Can anyone confirm what parts would be needed?

Presume rear arches left and right part numbers 41358401404/3 but what else? inner arches? Boot lid? rear axle? sills?
