Z3 Soft top question

Could anyone advise me, does the hood from a facelift Z3 fit a pre facelift? Many thanks

I believe the hoods the same on all models the only difference was some are lined and some aren't

As above. The facelift hood is triple mohair and internally lined should fit straight on couple people on here break zeds regular @spurs fan in a coupe and @Synclare might be able to help you out

Yes all the hoods are the same fit throughout production life (early cars had the quarter pockets which were abandoned by BMW but the overall pattern is identical). All are made from the same mohair material (outer woven acrylic layer, middle rubberized layer - the waterproof bit and inner polycotton layer). Later cars have headliners for no particular reason!
