Z3 Roof Frame Removal?

The roof frame on my newly acquired 3.0l is totally mullered. I didn’t even contemplating fixing it and picked up a decent one with a good liner really cheap on ebay.
Question..I know how to release the sticky stuff holding it on at the back but how do you remove the frame from the car itself ? Can anyone point me at an idiots guide ?..or even fancy giving me a hand 😁

Thanks..that helps a little. I really need to know where it unbolts from. I appreciate it may be obvious once I start doing it

From what I remember when I changed mine - aside from the setscrews holding the frame to the bulkhead at the back, there are 3 setscrews (10mm I think) on each side, 2 on the horizontal at the base of the frame and 1 on the vertical plane about 300mm up. The hardest bit is removing the plastic covers in the gap between bodywork and frame, you will have to loosen some trim to get these out. You wii also have to disconnect the hydraulic ram and micro switch if fitted.
