Rear hoops with brackets, there are a couple little marks on one hoop, nothing dramatic, pic 3. Have the triangular gaskets on the bottom of the inner mount.
No plastics, I was modifying mine to fit, I’ll be holding onto them as I’m making my own bar.
I have all the fasteners, a few have a little damage, not by me, so use a decent bit to fit them.
