Is there any easy way of replacing the rear brake dust covers without having to remove the wheel bearings? either by a slight modification or cut out sections??
If so what bits of the dust cover need to be removed?

Looking to replace the rear brakes / discs and shoes and thinking the dust covers would complete the job.

Any thoughts?

Only way without removing hubs is to cut them in 1 place.

Tony.

Take a look at this thread @Lee at Zedshed HQ used the cut method to put new shields on.

Link here to thread with pictures of where to make the cut on the new backplates to avoid taking the hub and bearings off
