Just had a look . Mine is black leather with little dots all on the seats and centre panel of the door !

This is oregon leather the most common type of leather finish you see in z3

Thanks Steve. I now know I need is passenger door panel with handle in Oregon leather black finish . The problem I have is the handle is loose we’re it connects to the panel .
