Grab a copy of my book to read when it's too wet to go out and play. It's available on Amazon as both an e-book paperback. During this coming weekend you can get the e-book for FREE and read it on the free Amazon Kindle app. Do yourself a favour, (and me) by having a gander at the website. Amazon.co.uk: RUPERT'S BLUES Never trust a Sunday. Sorry, but Rupert drives an MGB and a Ford Falcon (because the book was started before I knew Z's existed). He'll have a Z3 in the next one
Great, hope you enjoy the craziness. Rupert's Blues (Never trust a Sunday) will be free on kindle 15 minutes from now. (If my calcs are correct)
Don’t have kindle but read the first 2 chapters free.i really enjoyed them!a little Chandleresque .hope to read it all it must of taken a lot of work congratulations.
Thanks for the congrats, Miller. Yes, it did take some doing but I enjoyed the trip. You can download the free kindle app from amazon straight onto your computer - it only takes a few seconds to download and installs itself. Once you've done that you can read entire novels that us writers put out there for free. We make them free for a few days as a promotional tool. Yep, anyway, pleased you enjoyed the beginning.
I’ve downloaded it too. Quite happy to try any book, last book based in Australia I read was The dry - thought it was very good. Hope you get good numbers - do they let you know how well it’s doing?
Thanks Mate, I do too. I can see how many are downloaded, it's still early days and I have not yet figured out how to promote it well. The best part is that it is not about money, it's about having the yarn read and hopefully enjoyed.
Great. I really appreciate the support I'm getting from you good folks. I hope you'll get a bit if a chuckle out of it - and it aint at all high brow, cos I am a "colonial". Heh heh
