Z3 Model Variants

How can I find out about the various models of Z3 that exist beyond simply the engine size. I have a 2.8 Z3 (year 2000) but I have seen many pictures in the Gallery of 2.8 Z3s with different interiors, instruments & features etc. (BTW: I am not talking about any customisations or post manufacturer add-ons)

Any pointers gratefully accepted.
