As indicated elsewhere, I have decided to sell my Z3 M Roadster after 9 happy, reliable years and about 20,000 miles.
A good few years ago I changed out the suspension for a KW kit but kept the front struts and springs for some reason, and they've been cluttering up my garage ever since.
Now, I'm in Dartford, which is quite accessible, well here in the South East at least!
If anyone would like these, for free, and can come and take them from me, then they are welcome. I've part exchanging the car itself for a fraction of "what it's worth" because no one is interested in buying it! a terrible shame its not going to an enthusiast, but there you go. I'll just put these in the recycling if no one on here wants them.
If anyone would like to snatch the car from the dealer, then look on Autotrader for reg "A8".

Have you still got the springs available? I'm after a set of standard (not lowered) springs as Derbyshire seems to have more than its fair share of speed humps and lowered ones just cause expensive drama!

Yes, I still have them. Was thinking about binning them funnily enough because the car has been gone form three months now.
Yiou are welcome to them (and the struts) any time.

A pity you are so far south, I would have had those struts for my Coupe, the part # are the same for the Coupe. How many miles had they done? They look in quite good condition. My present ones have done over 110k and are getting a bit tired.
Is any one on here going to Silverstone Classic at end of the month who could pick them up and pass them over to me?

When I looked at the pictures of the struts I thought 1 may be usable but the other totally had it due to the amount of piston showing. The one on the left looks to be fully extended as though there is still pressure in the strut but the other one looks totally collapsed to me.

Good observation there Tony. You’ll have seen a lot more suspension struts/dampers off the car than me and can see the condition of these things.
Thanks for that, might pass on these then as need to be a matched pair.

That was my thoughts Pete, even for nowt that's all they're worth. Springs though are a different matter probably well worth collecting.

I’m ok for springs as I had to replace them a couple of years ago when one snapped (found out at MOT) so got OEM ones fitted.
