Had a great run out with the Z3 AV8 club today.

There’s always something interesting at the Classic Motor Hub, today we had:

The owner will no doubt be disappointed that it was parked next to an even rarer (1/43) BMW underpinned Bristol 405 DHC:

Both upstaged by this gem:

1938 328 - £490k and you get to drive it away too!

A really great day out, thoroughly recommended if you haven’t yet joined in - starts again next year.

I would if I didn’t need the £275k to go towards the 328. Can’t have both .

Sorry I couldn’t make it this time. Z8 looks nice. A similar 17k mile non Alpina Z8 sold on collecting cars for £141k. The only thing wrong with it was that it didn’t come with its hard top.
