SOLD Z3 3.0i litre Auto -£4,950

Hi all, selling our BMW Z3. It’s the second one we’ve had in the last decade, previously the 2.8 and now this, the 3.0i litre.

I’ve bought another car and won’t have time to drive this, that said, I’m in no hurry to sell and it can sit in the garage until next spring.

In the last year it’s had:

Full service (full history too)

New back window
professionally fitted by a trimmer

Sills stripped, treated etc (see photo’s)

New calipers

New temp sensor

Wheels split and refurbished

H&K lowering springs

Wing mirror bases upgraded to allow folding

Everything works perfectly, car had 2 advisories at MOT this month which were steering rack seal weep and brake pipes coated and unable to be checked for corrosion. Both were rectified 2 days later with new seal on pump side of steering rack and pipes cleaned, only to be recoated again to prevent corrosion !

Looks like a Series V but is that a Series VI '1725 Big Boy' wing badge?

I had a 1962 Rapier about 1000 years ago, similar sort of thing.

Think Andy is looking at older pictures from my earlier posts. The Minx was very similar to one my Dad had, had the borg auto box which was a 3 speed dream pic added for context.
