Saw a silver Z3 stopped at roadworks on A39 going towards Minehead, gave wave but blonde lady did not respond, may be I will have better luck next time HaHa

You should have given her your "cool dude" look 
Don't stop waving they soon get the hint and start waving back 
I am sure I saw the same lady this morning on the same road opposite direction but the car was a white Z4. Did not wave as I was in my red TR4 and she might have got the wrong idea.
