He is still fighting it out with the insurance, even though they payed out as I am all risk, as (I wish I had a dash cam) he was obviously cut up on the motorway as you can see with the damage to both cars.
He took avoiding action, so only my front right is damaged, while on the other car its all across the whole back end.
