Working around brake pipes

This came to light at work today. 02 plate diesel Golf losing brake fluid and very spongy pedal. Very little room to see bit under the master cylinder one of the pipes had been chaffing on the power steering pipe and made a hole.

Steering pipe probably got moved when cam belt changed.

Scary that someone has potentially been put in a dangerous situation from works previously carried out!
