Hope your all having a great weekend.
I have a z3 that has been sitting for awile, dead battery. Try to jump start the car and have hazard lights on with no siren. Try key, nothing come up on dash on position1 and 3 however if you leave it at position 2 i can read the millage. I want to say its not the alarm as if i open the boot when it is the doors are locked the alarm comes on with the siren, which i can turn off with the keyfob but the hazards stay on. Tried the hazard light swich and it lights up when pressed on goes dim when pressed agian. Tried disconnecting the sensors under the bonnet for the alarm and also the tilt sensor in the boot. still the same problem.
Does anyone have any idea what i can try next. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
