Wire detached from under seat

When I moved the passenger seat forward I found this wire with connector.

please can you tell me what it is and where it goes.

can’t get a good view under the seat

Always thought that one is for seat occupancy sensor - I have the same wire which has not been connected for my 11years of ownership.
Do you have passenger side airbag?
