Winter wheels from a Z4?

Does anyone know if wheels from a Z4 (E89 model) will fit my 3 litre Z3 (2000 year)?

My son sold his Z4 and couldn't be bothered to sell the winter wheels and tyres.

I was about to give them a try, but thought someone might know one way or other, and if its the other, save me the hassle.

The wheel bolt holes will line up fine. Without knowing the wheel style it's hard to say whether the offset will be a problem (as this might cause the wheel to rub on the suspension or wheel arch.

Stamped on the inside of the wheels it should say ET something. Most wheels will fit and some may rub a little with or without spacers.

Get the ET and we can say for certain.

The code on the rims is : 8J17 EH2+ IS29

All 4 rims are the same size

Tyres 225/45 R17 94V Bridgestone Blizzak

I'm having problems uploading a picture but I think they are style 290

They will stick out approx 17mm over a stock 7.5j et 41 z3 rim on the front may be a touch too much fitting one would be the best bet .

Thanks Dalek
Hopefully will drive well in snow and ice as the tyres are Bridgestone Blizzak which work well on my wife’s 1 series convertible.
Unlike the Pirelli Sottozero on my C class Mercedes estate which are useless!
