Hi All... at Z land....Just wanted to say thanks for the Stickers that I received in the post yesterday...Great service and they will be fitted at the weekend..Also on the look out for Zeds parked up to give out the .ORG cards..Good luck...Sean. :)

Got mine Friday had to go out for a long drive Sunday to show it off, they do look good in the rear window, i was worried it wouldn't stick well on a plastic window but so far so good

I put one on the windscreen and one on the rear window.

How did you find the sticking process? I was a little concerned when I saw them that they were a bit fiddly to apply... :-ss
 
I got mine in the windscreen just below the mirror. Bit awkward trying to get it straight & centered with the mirror in the way but I found it easy to apply
 
Fitted mine on the top left of the windscreen

Although don't know whether it looks right here as it's under the green tint at the top of the screen, it would have probably been better just below the tint :-?

Easy to apply once I got the sticker to stay on the white backing and not peeled off onto the clear side.
 
Is it a case of "once they're on..... they're on"? or can you move if not happy?

If you are careful how you apply it, you can move it. Difficult to explain, but it comes sandwiched between a clear plastic sheet and a sheet of paper. You peel off the paper, leaving the vinyl stuck to the clear plastic sheet.

If you carefully stick it by the corners of the sheet it can be moved. Once you have commited you peel the plastic sheet off and the vinyl is left on the window!

Will make more sense when you see it. A little bit of patience and you will be fine... ;)

Be no good on the rear window as the tops always down :D
As for the sticking process i was a bit concerned, as at first it wouldnt adhere to the glass so i resorted to putting the roof up heater on winscreen + put the heated screen on,and this finally worked, a bit of heat works wonders :D

Please don't take this as a criticism as it is not, absolultely not, but I thought it worth me posting this in case anyone else suffers from a moron walking up their path disguised as a representative from the Royal Mail and JAMS post through the letter box in any damned way he feels appropriate. I've had other stuff arrive in a pretty poor state but never done anything but after folding this letter not once but twice and it having been on the floor at some point he considers this "duly posted" I've had enough and complained.

Anyway the point of my post is to say thank you, it has arrived but I'll have to put it under some books to flatten out 1st I think, I'm sure it will be absolutely fine after that, but is it worth considering attaching the decal to a thin piece of card, it shouldn't take it over the 1st class letter post weight ? I'm sure my postman is not alone in considering this is acceptable, albeit the Royal Mail complaints department tells me folding post is an absolute no no.

I'll take a piccy once we're all sorted :D

I'll try and source some light, but sturdy card to stop this happening again. Worst case is I start using Jiffy bags, which is overkill but at least safer to the poor sticker!

I've had stickers before in the post and they used old cereal packets cut up you could try that

Excellent suggestion, re-cycling and achieving the aim.

It's my cretin of a postman, like I said, this shouldn't happen but re-cycled pieces of boxes should work a treat.

I think a jiffy bag would be OTT and too costly with the bag and additional postage. Why not try posting one to yourself if you've got no orders outstanding :D
 
I think that a piece of 12mm plate would be more effective than thin cardboard. 8-|

We don't seem to have a postman problem in our area,yet.
