Wideband kit

Just bought an LDperformance wideband kit for the zed which I'll be installing over the next week. All I need is a 12v input to the controller and the gauge where do people recommend I splice into? Normally I'd just go for the head unit supply is there anywhere else I can get power from easily?

It will depend on how many amps it pulls when active. The volts are not important it is how much current you put on the circuit. Too much current could fry the cables. Not usually an issue but best air on the side of caution. I would do an amp load test on both the Quiescent and the active state.
