Tight fit isn't even cl
Well, that's a bit bigger for sure! Looking at the first picture I didn't think it was going to fit.
There is zero free room and I had to shorten the maf housing by 15mm and even then it was tight.

Yeah I can tell there's more air getting in and it does feel more responsive. Will get it remapped soon and they recon they can get up to 245bhp out of it. I'm thinking maybe 235 so it will be interesting to see.

Sounds good my 2.8 remap was worth it the characteristics of the car changed a lot even if big power was not made certainly worth it

Yeah I hope so, mines the 2.5si so looking forward to seeing how it works out. Is there any major difference in the companies as most seem to charge around £180 but I've found one with good reviews but the want about £360. Just wondered what the difference was?

Depends I suppose on the type of map. If it's a generic map known to produce safe figures and allow for performance and economy or if it's a live remap where it's tailored to you car perfectly and done on a dyno to prove result.
