White marks - Engine Bay

So looking to spruce up the bay but have some white marks on some of the black, have tried a few cleaners and tried to search how to clean, not had much luck.
Has anyone had these marks and know how to best get rid. Have attached some pics, the bay is very clean apart from these white marks.

They look like oxidisation, so elbow grease and cleaning agents will not do the trick. It's time for a blasting and paint job. Not sure what blasting media is best, but other will know.

Dus ik ben op zoek naar wat verfraaiing van de baai, maar heb wat witte vlekken op een deel van het zwart, heb een paar schoonmakers geprobeerd en probeerde te zoeken hoe ze schoon konden maken, maar had niet veel geluk.
Heeft iemand deze markeringen gehad en weet hoe je er het beste vanaf komt. Heb wat foto's bijgevoegd, de baai is erg schoon, afgezien van deze witte vlekken.

Probeer eens om het zwarte met kachelpoets te behandelen en de aluminium letters met Belgom of ander polisch middel.

I would be really careful about getting your Z3m rocker cover blasted there has been a couple of members on here who have had this carried out and some residue from the process has been left causing permanent and expensive internal engine damage.

Very fine Wet & Dry sandpaper and a bit of elbow grease will sort out the silver bits, as for the marks on the black paint, as said probably a respray. Take the cover off (simple job) its easier to clean up.
