Which Springs

[Simps Z4]

Looking at lowering my 2.5 Z4 and wondered what is best - 35mm maybe? Anyone lowered theirs and what springs did you fit?

Eibach are really nice progressive springs, H&R are also good but tend to offer more lowering 40mm as opposed to 30mm, both are really complemented nicely by Bilstein B4 or B8 dampers.

Thanks for the reply. I want to lower it without being ridiculously low and bottoming out constantly when i drive over speed bumps etc. What is a sensible drop to go for?

I have 30mm on my Z3 and it is fine, eibachs are 30mm front and rear. Depending on how old your dampers are I would change these at the same time Bilsteins B4 are a little up rated over stock, reasonably priced and will give you a stock ride feel
