Which antifreeze?

I lost a lot of coolant recently due to the radiator pipe (to the expansion bottle) breaking off. Fixed that now with an 8mm/5mm brass reducer.
Looks like a good opportunity to renew the coolant.
So- basic blue ethylene glycol or pink OAT coolant?
Looks like the latter lasts longer.

I always like the luminous green, if you have a leak it shows up clearly on the ground. However, it seems hard to find nowadays.
