Went to the Bicester Scramble on Sunday - sort of mini Goodwood, lots of BM's from Sharknoses to modern M's, but two solitary Z3's, one Z4 and a Z Coupe. Both Z3's, I'm happy to say, had the hood firmly down all day in the sunshine, but the Z4 arrived with, mein gott, the hood up (the occupants were at least 45 years younger than this scribe !). A fun day, lots of interesting machinery showing off round the figure of eight circuit (including a Bugatti which fell over on the hairpin - ouch - and got a little bent). Resisting the temptation to have a joy-ride in a Tiger Moth, because Zed low flying is exciting enough, these days, I awarded myself best in class of the Zeds present pointed the Zed east and growled home - but where were all the Zeds ?

I can understand what you are saying about driving with the hood up. I was driving cross country with @miller1098 when he took a picture of me driving. Other forum members have seen this photo. The question was asked: "What's wrong with this photo!!!" Of course, it is obvious at first glance. I'm driving with the hood up...............no other answer.......I was guilty as charged.......Frankie
