Where can I get the rubber seal and clips at the base of the roof?

The seal I'm talking about is the long rubber one that surrounds the car from door to door on the exterior at the base of the roof.

I'm missing the clips and the rubber of my seal has shrunk so it's too short.

Your best bet would probably be a main dealer. Find the part on REAL OEM and ring Sopers, a used one would probably be no better as they are all getting old now.

That's the little cap piece.

I lost one on my side and was looking online for one. I ended up fabricating a piece from those black door protectors and it worked a treat!
